What is labor dispatch?
Labor dispatch refers to a special form of employment, in which a labor dispatch unit establishes a labor relationship with the dispatched workers and dispatches the workers to the employing unit. The dispatched workers perform labor under the command and supervision of the employing unit.
The characteristics of labor dispatch include:
The actual employer is only responsible for job management, while the dispatching unit is responsible for daily HR management.
The dispatching unit shall sign a labor contract with the dispatched employee and bear legal responsibilities.
Dispatching units maintain their survival and development by collecting fees.
The main advantages of labor dispatch are:
Reduce personnel management costs and improve management effectiveness. Employers do not need to participate in the recruitment process, but only need to inform the labor dispatch agency of recruitment needs and management requirements and sign a dispatch agreement.
Reduce legal risks. When dismissing workers with poor working ability, violation of labor discipline, low quality and weak sense of responsibility, the employer can avoid the legal risk of paying compensation and transfer this risk to the labor dispatch company.
However, labor dispatch also has some disadvantages, such as:
Unequal pay for equal work makes workers vulnerable to exploitation.
The safety and health of dispatched employees cannot be guaranteed.
There is no career development for dispatched employees.
Dispatched employees have no sense of belonging to the organization, which is not conducive to the stability of the workforce.
